Shopping Online is Easy
To shop online, choose a department to browse in or search by keyword for products. Then add individual items to your shopping cart. You can view your cart or check out anytime you like. You can even save your cart as a wish list for future shopping by registering and creating an account on our website! The first time you make a purchase you will Create an Account. Once you have created your account, you will just need to remember your login id and password to access your account for future purchases. If you forget your account password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account log-in page. When you visit the online store to make future purchases, go to the Manage Account page and log in to use your saved shipping and billing information in the check out.

Shipping & Handling
Quilting by the Bay only ships to U.S. addresses. All packages are shipped via USPS. We will ship your items within 1 business day whenever possible. If an item is out of stock we will ship it as soon as possible. Please note - we are not responsible for the receipt of shipped packages. Most of our items are shipped with tracking and insurance to cover items damaged in transit but if a package status shows as "Delivered" the USPS will not allow us to file an insurance claim. If you are ever in question of any of our shipping rates, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.

Returns or Order Issues
Returns must have prior approval by phone or email. **Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books. patterns and laser cut kits) cannot be returned. Any approved returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no odor to them. Sale and clearance items are final sales - no returns. Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card or Paypal account will be credited for the returned item(s) only and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. Quilting by the Bay reserves the right to issue a store credit for items returned without approval.
If a product in your order in incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 5 days of receipt of the order so we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, re-ship or refund if we are not notified within those first 5 days.
Fabric yardage is sold by the yard, our minimum cut is 1 yard unless otherwise indicated.

We cannot guarantee how images will appear to you due to how varying computer and monitor systems display color differently. All images on this site are the property of Quilting by the Bay. Use of any of the images on this site by anyone other than the owner of this site, without prior written permission, is unlawful and strictly prohibited.
